After many successful years in the restaurant and catering business, Rosanne Rush decided to focus on her true passion of creating and designing wedding and novelty cakes. She used her talents to supply truly unique edible creations to an exclusive clientele on Long Island and NYC for over fifteen years. Then in 2004 she expanded her operations and purchased the well-known bakery, LaGourmandise in White Plains, Westchester County, New York.

With the same level of commitment and dedication to quality, Rosanne brought her skills to improve an already renowned bakery.

Today, Magnificent Edibles serves the Hudson Valley, Westchester County, NYC, Long Island, Connecticut, and New Jersey with fine pastries, cookies, custom cakes and other Magnificent Edibles.

Rosanne has appeared on the show Movers and Shakers and was part of a class, which was featured on the Food Channel.

In 2004 she received an invitation to study with the world famous Sugar Arts Hall of Fame Award Winner, Kerry Vincent. Rosanne’s cakes have also been featured on Specialty shows on News Channel 12.

In 2005 Magnificent Edibles won the illustrious “Best of Westchester” award for Best Cream Puffs and again in 2006 won for their Almond Croissants.

Magnificent Edibles, famous on Long Island for its decorative cakes and cookies, for over fifteen years, expanded operations in November, 2004 when the company’s owners, Rosanne & Brian Rush, purchased a French bakery, LaGourmandise, in White Plains, New York. This landmark bakery, known for making French pastries, croissants and European deserts, complemented Magnificent Edibles’ unique creations.
